

He even said he threw in the waterfall shower for FREE!!! BS!!!!! When we checked out, (and we had to prepay with 20% gratuities) I asked to speak to him. He basically made it sound like, because we had a deal we shouldn't complain. In the meantime, they did talk to him, and came back letting us know that the owner said that we got a deal as all packages are normally $130!!! I was so shocked to hear that the owner's son would come back with this response as the $99.00 pkg is a summer special, and that we got a good deal!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!!! It is not about the money, it is about being given the incorrect information by one of his staff, and not doing anything to resolve the misunderstanding. The estheticiens there did not know what to say, so I told them I would talk to the owner. In the middle of the treatment, we asked about the wrap and the estheticiens told us it would be an additional $99.00 !!!! I made sure to explain right away that during my facial the prior saturday, the pkg was explained to me as having the wrap included in that package by the lady who did my facial.

After that treatment, we were brought into a jacuzzi for a head shampoo and massage, then a steam and a sauna and a 10 sec waterfall shower. The rooms were not ready, they had to change the sheets and towels infront of us. It looked like they had just opened the doors! We then went to the changing room and the robes and flipflops looked dirty! We were then taken into the treatment rooms for reflexology.

We went up to the spa area and the coolers were not yet filled, the fountain was not on. He was also very cold and unprofessional. on monday morning, and the owner's son Yani was in jeans, with a regular shirt, looking so underdressed for the overall feel of the place. I thought it was a great combo so I booked it for the 3 of us. My mother, sister and I went to the spa for a Journey to Eden package after being told by one of the estheticiens the prior week (for a facial) that the PKG included reflexology, head massage and a body wrap. DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WIL BE DISAPPOINTED. One worker was speaking so loud on her cell phone while on the lounging outside deck where I was trying to relax, that I had to ask her to keep it down.

The white flip flops and robes are nasty looking. The locker room floor is encrusted with dirt. What else can I say of my other two experiences. Three days later, I still cannot lay on my back to sleep. At the end, she started pounding me (litteraly punching me) so hard that I felt a sharp pain in my flank (back ribcage). I felt as though the therapist was just going through the motions and was appliying so much pressure and pounding me like a piece of meat that I had to tell her to ease off. Let me put it this way, I was happy when it was over. After this weekend, I will never go back. I am doing so because it is my third bad experience at Contour over the past year.
